Supermodel Naomi Campbell looks like a dead ringer for Michelle Obama in a fashion spread for W magazine's November issue.

Campbell plays the part of a regal first lady of the United States in suit dresses and looks by Nina Ricci, Giorgio Armani, Michael Kors and Prada in a portfolio for W magazine's Global Style issue. The top model was shot in Ghana by photographer Willy Vanderperre.

"It's a tribute to a modern day First Lady on a state trip, evoking the kind of timeless style that could have existed in the 1940′s, 60′s, or even today," explained fashion and style director Edward Enninful.

W's November issue features a glammed up Katy Perry on the cover.
