Rumors have swirled that Houston had an affair with the then-married Jackson 5 star in the mid-1980s, and now sister La Toya Jackson is joining the fray…

During an appearance onThe Talk today, La Toya says, "He has admitted that they had an affair."

A report in The Sun, however, provides more salacious details.

The paper claims that the two were together for a year, and that Houston's hit song "Saving All My Love for You"—about a woman hooking up with a married man—was a thinly veiled ballad to her clandestine paramour.

Michael Jackson reportedly knew about the affair but didn't approve. At the time, Jermaine was married to Hazel Gordy, daughter of legendary Motown founder Berry Gordy.

After Houston's death, a video surfaced of the couple singing a duet back in 1984, which—if The Sun's report is to be believed—would have happened around the time of the affair.

Jermaine caused a small stir two weeks ago when he retracted a press release announcing that he had dedicated his song "The First Time You Love" to the late pop star, and claimed it had been sent out without his knowledge.

Is it only a matter of time before fans start looking for hidden meanings in that song?

Nick Cannon couldn't be more upbeat about things right now.

Mariah Carey's significant other, who recently found himself in the hospital not once, but twice, as a result of a "lupus-type" autoimmune disorder, showed off his positive attitude during his appearance Monday on Good Morning America.

Not surprisingly, he's got one person in particular to thank for helping him on the road to recovery.

"She's awesome. She's so nurturing," Cannon told GMA cohost Robin Roberts about his supportive and loving wife. "I call her Dr. Carey. She just takes care of me and makes sure I'm eating what I'm supposed to be eating."

The America's Got Talent host added that it's a side of Carey that the public never gets to see.

"They don't know she's at home making egg whites," he said with a laugh. "Taking two babies in one arm and grilling in the other."

The two babies, of course, are the couple's twins—Monroe and Moroccan—who, if you can believe it, will already be turning 1 next month.

And it's his kids that Cannon says were all he could think about during his health scare.

"In the hospital, that's the first thing that comes to your mind," he recalled. "I have to be around for my children and I have to be healthy for my children, so they're the motivation for the whole thing."

TMZ has learned what Gabriel wants in the way of $$$ -- and it's a lot. We've learned Aubry has filed legal docs asking the family law judge to force Halle to give him $15,000 - $20,000 a month for a proper home.

Gabriel has also asked for a laundry list of other things from Halle, including what we're told is a "very large" amount of money for the little girl's clothing, as well as money to take the child to Canada to visit his family.

We're told Halle is fighting Gabriel tooth and nail on his request. The hearing on the money issues was scheduled for Monday, but it's now been put off until April 9, in part because the family law judge wants to see what the dependency judge does to Gabriel.

If the dependency judge takes away some of Gabriel's custody rights, it would have an impact on any child support Halle would have to fork over.

NEW YORK (AP) — Oprah Winfrey has landed an interview with Whitney Houston's daughter and other family members for a TV special that will air on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

"Oprah's Next Chapter" will feature an interview with 18-year-old Bobbi Kristina, Houston's only child, as well as Patricia Houston, her sister-in-law and manager, as well as the singer's brother Gary. It is scheduled to air next Sunday.

The superstar was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Feb. 11. An exact cause of death has yet to be determined.

Winfrey was one of the guests invited to Houston's funeral in Newark, N.J., last month.

Houston was 48 years old. Her daughter turns 19 Sunday.

In the wake of spending time with her ex, Chris Brown, in recent months, Rihanna has admitted that she's not a fan of flying solo.

"Single life is so overrated," Rihanna, 24, said on Britain's The Jonathan Ross Show. "It sucks. I have such incredible experiences in my life. You don't want to live your life and then meet someone. You want to share your life with someone. That's what I'm missing right now."

Though she insisted that she's "not looking," the "We Found Love" singer said she'd "love to date somebody cool, fun, funny."

She'll likely have a number of suitors to choose from. Rihanna had to fight off all sorts of male attention during a recent trip to London, where she partied for four days straight.

A source inside the Aura nightclub in London's Mayfair tells PEOPLE: "Rihanna came into the club last Sunday and a stockbroker spent [$105,000] on champagne, just so he could meet her."

"It worked too, as he went over and said hello soon after," the source added. "But I don't think he'll be getting any friendship from Rihanna out of it, put it that way. She politely spoke to him but that was about it."

While unattached, Rihanna said she found solace in another woman who's been unlucky in love: Adele. She even confessed to attending the Brit Awards "just to stalk" the six-time Grammy winner.

"I saw her at the Grammys and I love her," Rihanna told Ross about the British superstar. "I'm a big fan. … Her last album, 21, spoke to me so much. It was so personal to her, but I feel like everyone in the world identified with it, to the point that I had to stop listening because it was depressing me so much. If you identify with it, sometimes you don't want to hear about it."

NEW YORK (AP) — Mariah Carey made her return to the stage since giving birth to twins in diva-like form: She changed her shoes after singing two songs and touched up her hair and makeup, all in front of an eager audience.

Carey, who gave birth to twins via C-section in April, performed for a few hundred people Thursday night at New York's Gotham Hall.

Of her return she said, "I didn't realize this was a big deal."

The concert was one of four shows Thursday called "Plot Your Escape: Four Concerts. Countless Celebrities. 1 Epic Night," by Caesars Entertainment.

Diddy joined Carey in New York, while Lil Wayne and Cee Lo performed in Los Angeles, Maroon 5 and Sara Bareilles in Chicago, and Mary J. Blige and Gavin DeGraw in New Orleans.

The Grammy winner sang a number of her hits during her short performance, from "Hero" to "We Belong Together" to the Jackson 5 cover "I'll Be There."

The shows happened simultaneously and were streamed online.

"We can't do anything without it being documented," Carey told the audience. "Doesn't it freak you out at all?"

Carey said if her son Moroccan was onstage, he would probably beat-box, and that her daughter Monroe would be a diva.

The multiplatinum performer thanked her fans and joked: "Catch me at my real show next time."

Keshia Knight Pulliam made $20k PER EPISODE to star on "House of Payne" this season ... and then fired the agents who put the deal together ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

KKP is being sued by Greene & Associates Talent Agency ... which claims it signed Keshia back in 2007 and immediately got her a lead role on the Tyler Perry TV show as Miranda Payne.

G&A claims it kicked ass for KKP, getting her between $7,500 to $20k per episode ... including $20k per ep for all of the 2011-12 season ... not bad.

But not good enough for Keshia ... because according to the suit, she fired G&A back in July.

There's just one BIG problem ... G&A claims Keshia never forked over a single cent in commission from the 'Payne' deal ... and several other shows it worked on for Keshia.

Now, the agency is suing for more than $100k in back payments PLUS more than $250k for commissions that Keshia stands to earn in the future from deals it helped put together.

Beyonce is apparently of the "breast is best" school of parenting. The new mom was spotted breastfeeding daughter Blue Ivy Carter at the table while dining at a West Village restaurant last weekend.

Sources tell Us Weekly that Beyonce, Jay-Z, and their 7-week-old daughter headed to lunch at restaurant Sant Ambroeus on Saturday. When young Carter got hungry, Beyonce was not shy about feeding the infant at the table rather then retreating to a secluded area.

Photographers caught up with the family as they left the restaurant. Beyonce wore a cap and aviator sunglasses, and held her daughter close to her in a Baby Bjorn, a scarf wrapped tightly around it to keep Carter's face from being seen.

Gwyneth Paltrow recently gushed about her friends' baby, calling Blue Ivy Carter "stunning."

"For sure, she is going to be an entertainer," Paltrow told Hollywood Life. "She just has this glow around her like her mother ... Beyonce is doing great. She's just a natural at being a mom."

Jasmia Robinson was the first girl eliminated from "America's Next Top Model: British Invasion." She tells Zap2it that she doesn't think having been on "Britain's Next Top Model" gave the Brits an advantage.

Are you glad you did "America's Next Top Model"? Was it everything you hoped or expected it would be?

"I'm definitely glad that I did 'America's Next Top Model.' I got to meet Nigel Barker, Miss Jay, Tyra Banks, who had been my idols for years. Ever since I was a little girl I'd watched 'America's Next Top Model' and dreamt of being on the show. To actually live it was a dream come true. I wish I had gone further in the competition, but I dont' regret it. It was my first time in America and to be on 'America's Next Top Model' and to have that platform to America, which is the next country I want to work in."

What was your experience like on "Britain's Next Top Model"? Was it similar to this?

"Yeah, it was quite similar. Though in the competition, I was there for a long time. But it was pretty much the same. It was intense, you were away from home. I'd never modeled before the British one, never even worn a pair of high heels, so there was a big learning curve for me. I was just becoming comfortable with my body and face, really. So 'Britain's Next Top Model' gave me so much confidence and it taught me a lot."

Do you think being on "Britain's Next Top Model" gave the British girls an advantage over the US girls?

"Not really. I mean, the only advantage that we would've had is we were aware of reality TV. We understood that you're filmed constantly and know more about the production structure. But even the American girls, it's not like they've never modeled before. A lot of them had already modeled. The only difference is they haven't been on a reality TV program before."

Were you surprised you went home first?

"H*** yes. Oh my gosh. I was so surprised. I couldn't believe it. Even after the photoshoot, I thought it I was definitely staying. Not in a cocky way, not in an arrogant way, but just whenever I'm given a task I will always give my very best and I felt like I did deliver. I gave options and different poses and also, I had a hard character. So yes, definitely, I was very surprised. No one wants to be the first one out of the house, especially when I knew I had so much more to give."

Was the US/UK rivalry as intense as they made it look on TV?

"I mean, things are heightened when you want to win, but when it was just us actually living in the house, everyone connected and bonded. Especially for me, it was my first time in America, so I just wanted to learn so much about the American girls' culture and their upbringing. It was fascinating hearing about their different stories."

"America's Next Top Model" airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on the CW.

But don't expect to see Janet Jackson, one of the pop stars whose name has come up the most frequently in speculative reports, filling one of those empty judges' seats. The pop star has officially spoken out saying that she's honored that she was thought of, but previous commitments would prevent her from participating in the show.

Jackson tells the Insider that "very flattered that 'X Factor' let me know that I was being considered for next season, but it just wouldn't be possible."

Besides, there wasn't even an offer on the table anyway. Her reps tell the Insider, "There have been absolutely no meetings between Janet and anyone with regard to 'X-Factor.'"

Oh well, on to the next pop star! (When do you think they'll figure this thing out? It's gotta be soon, right? So they can start auditions for the new season...)

The tragic R&B superstar's compilation Whitney: The Greatest Hits spends a second week at number two on the Billboard 200, while both The Bodyguard soundtrack and the album Whitney Houston rocket into the top 10 at six and nine, respectively.

Houston, who died last month in Los Angeles, also charts with I Look to You at 16, My Love Is Your Love at 30 and I'm Your Baby Tonight at 39, while the albums The Preacher's Wife, Just Whitney and Whitney chart outside the top 100.

In total, Houston sold 320,000 albums this past week.

1. How hard/intimidating was Harvard?

"This was my third year there so I was more comfortable but it's always intimidating to be around all those smarties. All my teachers and my classmates are just so inspiring and get me motivated because they come from all different successful industries! I went straight from high school to modeling, so I never got the college experience and this was my chance to see what dorm life was like, eat in a cafeteria, and live on a campus -- and what better place to do it than Harvard!"

2. How did people treat you/react to you at Harvard?

"When I'm at Harvard, I'm rockin' a Harvard hoodie and jeans! We're just all about studying, learning and growing our businesses. I made some really smart, close friends while I was there ...we're already planning a reunion. I really feel like we all grew in that experience together."

3. What is the biggest lesson you learned from the program and how have you put it to use so far?

Strategy and negotiation are the two biggest topics we discuss at Harvard. It's all about quality over quantity. I came back after my first term and re-evaluated a bunch of projects with my team. We have to focus on what's best for our brand.

4. Can you think of other stars who might benefit from going to this program? Why?

"I'd highly recommend it to anyone that owns their own company and has a brand they want to keep growing and adapting."

5. How long will does she envision doing America's Next Top Model?

Last night, America's Next Top Model returned for an 18th season with a twist -- a "British Invasion," says Banks.

"I'll keep it going as long as my loyal fam wants it!"

So we've learned Halle has hired Stephen Kolodny (above), who is legendary in L.A. legal circles for the level of legal warfare she so wants. You may recall Kolodny repped Mel Gibson in his epic battle with Oksana Grigorieva -- and that got kinda nasty.

Kolodny has already gone to court with Halle. We've learned last Thursday the new duo went to dependency court to have more restrictions placed on Aubry. The dependency judge has already ordered that Gabriel can only have contact with Nahla in the presence of a monitor. On Thursday, we're told the judge voiced additional concerns and ordered Gabriel to return the child to Halle earlier than the 6 PM deadline on days he has custody.

Kolodny will have his hands full trying to convince the family law judge that Halle should be able to move to France with the child because she's concerned about paparazzi and safety.

One thing's for sure ... it's gonna get nasty.

With two vacancies to fill on the judging table on "The X Factor," Simon Cowell has a lot to think about as the show moves toward Season 2. And it looks like a couple of rumored judges sound pretty good to him.

During an interview on "The Billy Bush Show," Cowell says both Britney Spears and Janet Jackson would be excellent replacements for the recently fired Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger. Spears, Jackson and seemingly countless other female pop stars have been associated with the job.

"I'm fascinated by [Britney.] The fact that she's one of the most talked about - not just pop stars - but people in the world today, means that you've got this star power," Cowell says. "I would think that if she's managed to sustain a family, a career, which is tough, ['The X Factor' would be] a walk in the park."

Cowell adds, "I would be fascinated to hear what she had to say."

As for Jackson, Cowell was much less verbose. He simply says, "Would she be a good judge? Yes."

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Three new albums and fans of the late Whitney Houston were unable to oust Adele from her top spot on the Billboard 200 chart on Wednesday, as the British singer notched a 22nd week at No. 1 with her Grammy-winning record "21."

The multi-platinum "21" has sold more than 7.6 million copies in the U.S. since its release in February 2012 and continued strong sales with 296,000 copies snapped up by listeners last week.

The last album to sit at No. 1 for more than 22 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart was Prince & The Revolution's "Purple Rain," which topped the chart between 1984 and 1985.

The highest new entry came from New York alternative-pop band Fun., whose sophomore album "Some Nights" debuted at No. 3, selling 69,000 copies in its first week. The band also scored the No. 1 spot on the digital songs chart with "We Are Young" featuring Janelle Monae, which was featured in a Chevrolet commercial during this year's Superbowl.

Rapper Tyga came in at No. 4 with his debut album "Careless World," while hip-hop duo Chiddy Bang landed at No. 8 with debut album "Breakfast."

Late singer Whitney Houston's greatest hits compilation retained the No. 2 slot, selling 173,000 copies, while the "Bodyguard" soundtrack featuring one of her biggest hits, "I Will Always Love You," hit No. 6 with 46,000 copies and her self-titled album claimed the No. 9 spot, selling 29,000 copies.

The surge in Houston's other albums this week comes after stores rolled out copies of her records following her sudden death on February 11 in a Beverly Hills hotel.

Digital sales of the late singer's tracks fell, however, as none of her songs featured in the top 10 of the Digital Songs chart this week.

Tyra Banks embraces her anglophilia on cycle 18 of America's Next Top Model, which will pit British contestants against Americans when it premieres Wednesday.

"This is a boxing match between two regions," says Banks. "It's interesting to see these them battle it out to get on top."

Sure, every season has a makeover episode that comes with the requisite tears and resistance. But this season, the girls will be forced outside the box with amped-up style overhauls.

"One girl will get pink hair, another girl will have half her head shaved off. Another girl got 'America's Next Top Model' shaved into her scalp," says Banks, whose style team will pull inspiration from the punk rock aesthetic and pop stars like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. "Instead of normal makeovers, we're calling them 'takeovers.' "

"There will be tears, emotion, and some girls will be pissed off," adds the fashion mogul. "You can only imagine a girl finding out she's getting half her head shaved."

And as for the personalities to watch, Laura on the American side will likely ruffle feathers. "She's a crazy, in-your-face girl," says Banks. "She actually has 'pirate' tattooed inside her lip."

Ashley, from Scotland, is "really funny," though Banks confesses, "I can't understand what she's saying. Her accent is so great but it's like you need subtitles."

Contestant AzMarie's androgynous look will "definitely have some of my viewers going, 'Whoa, I'm kind of titillated right now,' " says Banks.

And the Americans will face stiff competition in their costars from across the pond. "The British girls are very competitive," according to Banks. "They have some spunk."

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) — Soul singer Erykah Badu said Wednesday she holds no grudge against Malaysia's government for barring her from performing after a photograph of her body art offended some Muslims.

More than 1,500 people had bought tickets to watch the Grammy-winning American singer at a Kuala Lumpur auditorium Wednesday, but Malaysia's information minister announced on the eve of the concert that it could not proceed because a promotional photo of Badu with the Arabic word for Allah painted on her bare shoulders was "an insult to Islam."

"It's sad, because we traveled a long way," Badu told a news conference. "But I'm totally understanding of (the minister's) protection of the laws and its people. He doesn't want anything to happen. I'm good with that."

The photograph ignited criticism from some politicians and religious groups in Muslim-majority Malaysia after a newspaper published it Monday in a feature to promote Badu's show. The daily has since apologized for what it called an "oversight" that led to the photo's publication.

Badu, 41, said the photo was inspired by images from "The Holy Mountain," a 1973 surrealist movie by Chilean-French filmmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky.

"I think art is often misunderstood in the realm of religion, and it's OK," she said. "In America, it's a lot different. Art is also misunderstood but it is not such a harsh gesture to promote the names of God. I am learning and understanding about Islam in other countries more as we travel."

Information Minister Rais Yatim said Malaysia's Cabinet endorsed the ban Wednesday. Police feared that if the concert went ahead, it could cause "various situations that may lead to social excitement, and quarrels may break out due to religious sensitivities," the national news agency, Bernama, quoted the minister as saying.

Public reaction to the concert ban has been divided. On Twitter, many Malaysians, including Muslims, accused the government of intolerance, but others praised authorities for being firm about defending religious principles.

Badu said she would "absolutely" welcome another chance to perform in Malaysia someday. She is scheduled to sing at a jazz festival this weekend in Jakarta, the capital of neighboring Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation.

General team responsibilities:

VMware specific skills:

The Unbreak My Heart hitmaker is said to have started dating the actor four months ago, according to a new Us Weekly report.

A source tells the publication the stars "are seeing each other and very into it," and adds, "Their kids have met and everything. It's getting very serious."

Murphy fuelled the speculation when he was spotted backstage at Braxton's Los Angeles concert on February 19, but her spokesperson insists their relationship is strictly platonic.

The rep says, "Toni and Eddie are just friends and have been fans of each other's work for a long time."

Role: Performance Test Lead
Position Description: The focus of this position is to lead the performance testing workstream for a handful of projects in 2012 related to the Client Ecommerce site. Each project introduces changes to our customer-facing website for Client, requiring some level of performance validation to ensure that the customer experience is not impacted. The goal of performance testing is to proactively identify and resolve application and architectural issues related to scalability under high user or transaction volumes. The ideal resource would have a strong technical background related to system architecture, strong communication and leadership skills, and significant expertise with the HP Performance Center / HP LoadRunner. Client uses a risk-based approach to identifying performance testing scope, and the performance test lead will need to collaborate with multiple technical and functional teams to identify and categorize the risks in the architecture. The test lead will report status to project leadership regularly and will own the identification and communication of any issues or risks for the performance testing workstream on the project. The SDLC approach being used – Waterfall vs. Agile – will vary by project, resulting in some difference in the performance testing approach.

Position Qualifications
•Manages performance testing activities on one or more large IT projects. Includes working with project leaders on resource planning and timelines, identifying key performance risks and designing automated or manual test scenarios to mitigate these risks, facilitating test execution and defect management activities across a large project team, and providing regular status to project and business leaders.
•Expert in performance testing methodologies, including conducting a performance risk assessment, developing repeatable test scripts using appropriate test data, baselining / benchmarking performance, designing test scenarios to mimic various load conditions, and leading a team of technical resources through the iterative process of testing and tuning.
•Experience in Web / eCommerce architectures is required.
•Strong experience in HP LoadRunner / HP Performance Center.
•Exposure to JUnit automation and the Apache JMeter tool is preferred.
•Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum.
•Independently documents and presents test strategies / plans to project and business leaders.
•Experience leading multiple resources on projects.
•Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences.
•Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams.
•Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
•5+ years experience in software testing

A representative for music mogul Clive Davis has shot down reports he has shortlisted Jennifer Hudson and Rihanna to portray late superstar Whitney Houston in a rumoured biopic.

Davis, who discovered the soul singer and mentored her throughout her career, was allegedly planning to make Houston's life the subject of a new big screen film following her tragic death earlier this month.

A Daily Mail report on Monday stated Davis "wants to get a script finalized as soon as possible so filming can begin", with Rihanna and Hudson - who paid tribute to Houston at the Grammy Awards - were "in the running for the lead role".

But the rumours have proved to be completely false.

A spokesperson for Davis tells GossipCop.com, "There is no truth to this. Clive is not putting together a biopic."
